LIMP LANDSCAPE (2010)
Commissioned by the Mendel Art Gallery, Limp Landscape was composed of over 20 landscapes from the Mendel's permanent collection. Fascinated by how depictions of the prairie landscape changed little over time, I put 60 years of landscapes together into one mega landscape that questions the modes of genre painting and regionalism. The vinyl is non-adhesive and loosely pinned to the wall so as to look about to peel off.
